This reminds me of some kid in grade school that adds people who pick on him to his "list". Bill's obviously had some kind of 'break with reality' or whatever the psychiatrists call it, and is regressing rapidly.
Maybe he and "Rush" Limbaugh are going 'halves' on drugs these days?
Though I think he needs to add some serious psychotherapy to the mix.
